At our East Gippsland accommodation, tariffs for a one bedroom terrace
house are for two persons, tariffs for a two bedroom terrace house
are for 4 persons, tariffs for a three bedroom terrace house are for
6 persons and tariffs or our four bedroom Lakeview Terrace House are
for 10 persons - additional person/s is permitted in a unit which
contains extra bunks at an additional cost of $15 per adult or child.

1 bedroom & 2 bedroom terraces have a $30 surcharge for one night reservations on a Friday and Saturday night. 3 bedroom & 4 bedroom terraces have a two night minimum. Minimum night stays are applicable at Christmas, January, Easter & Long Weekends. During Christmas Holidays and busy periods reduced bedroom configuration may be unavailable

a deposit equivalent to one night’s accommodation is required to confirm your booking and balance payable on arrival with the exception of 'high season' when full tariff is payable 30 days prior to arrival.

cancellations of 14 days or more prior to arrival date, full refund less $50 admin fee, less than 14 days no refund given unless Terrace House is re-booked (then $50 admin fee applies).
