Metung is small waterfront village located on a peninsula on the Lake King & Bancroft Bay shores. Metung is the perfect place to base yourself to explore the Gippsland Lakes.

The Village Green in Metung is where the famous Farmers Market is held on the second Saturday of each month. On offer is the best in local produce. Another attraction in the village is the waterfront Metung Hotel where you can watch the daily Pelican feeding at noon.
